Mint
Host mints a Property NFT with title, description, image, price per day, and stay range.
Rent
Guest pays ETH rent + 1% protocol fee. The NFT transfers to the guest as proof-of-use.
Stay
For the exact rental period the NFT belongs to the guest. Rent is held by the vault.
Return
When the period ends anyone can call endRental — NFT returns to host, ETH releases to host.
